However, the appearance of colors and finishes may vary depending on:

  • Hand-finishing processes

The appearance of a finish on screen should therefore be treated as a visual guide rather than an absolute color reference.

5.2 Finish and Material Variations

FORM&HOLD hardware may be produced using materials including, but not limited to, brass, stainless steel, aluminium and other architectural materials.

Products with the same or similar finish name may display slight variations when manufactured from different base materials or production batches.

Where consistent finishes are important to a project, we recommend purchasing coordinating products from the same collection and, where possible, placing them within the same order.

Natural and handcrafted finishes may develop variations or patina over time. Such characteristics are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.

5.3 Dimensions and Specifications

Product dimensions and specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Minor manufacturing tolerances may occur.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected product dimensions, fixing points, mounting configuration, door thickness and other specifications are suitable for their intended application before ordering or installation.

Made-to-order or customized products will be manufactured according to the specifications approved or submitted by the customer.

5.4 Installation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for the intended installation environment and are installed correctly.

We recommend using a qualified installer or tradesperson where appropriate.

FORM&HOLD is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, unsuitable fixing methods, modification after delivery or failure to follow applicable installation requirements.

This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

5.5 Made-to-Order and Bespoke Products

Certain FORM&HOLD products are made to order, customized or finished specifically for the customer.

This may include:

  • Made-to-order pull handles

  • Made-to-order long pull handles

  • Bespoke products

  • Custom dimensions or lengths

  • Custom finishes

  • Modified standard products

  • Engraved or personalized products

Once production has commenced, these products generally cannot be cancelled, changed or returned due to a change of mind.

5.6 Standard In-Stock Long Pull Handles

Standard long pull handles that are clearly sold as in-stock products and have not been customized, modified or specially finished remain eligible for return in accordance with our standard Return and Refund Policy.

The length of an in-stock pull handle alone does not make the product non-returnable.

5.7 Returns and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must follow the authorized return process before returning any product.

Returns sent to unauthorized locations may be refused or may incur additional handling and forwarding charges.

Unless the product is confirmed by FORM&HOLD to be defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

FORM&HOLD is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, carrier disruptions, severe weather or inaccurate delivery information.
